Made to Order

Physical media — CD-R sets, DVD-R sets, and USB drives — is produced to order by our US fulfillment partner and ships from the United States. Because each set is manufactured when you order it, production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Delivery Times

Production plus shipping typically totals 5–12 business days for US orders. International orders take longer depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout: United States $4.99, Canada $9.99, and $14.99 for other supported countries (United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, and Poland).

Tracking

When tracking information is available for your shipment, we email it to you as soon as the order is on its way.

Digital Orders

Digital purchases and memberships are delivered by email and through your account immediately after payment — nothing ships, and no shipping charge applies.
