Use of Service

Vintage Radio Vault provides streaming audio, digital downloads, and physical media products featuring Old Time Radio content. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Streaming

Our streaming channels are provided free of charge. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Stream content may change without notice.

Purchases

All sales are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. Digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment. Physical media ships within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Physical media may be returned within 30 days of receipt if defective or damaged in shipping. Contact us to arrange a return.

Content

The Old Time Radio recordings we distribute are believed to be in the public domain. Our original content — including show descriptions, blog posts, booklet text, and artwork — is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without permission.

User Submissions

By submitting reviews, requests, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on our site. You retain ownership of your submissions.

Limitation of Liability

Vintage Radio Vault is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
