About this Show
The Twilight Zone Radio Dramas were created by Carl Amari, CEO of Falcon Picture Group, and licensed from CBS Enterprises and the Rod Serling Estate. The series began in October 2002 and ran until 2012, producing 176 episodes over 18 seasons.
Stacy Keach stepped into Serling's role as narrator. Dennis Etchison adapted most of the scripts, with others by M. J. Elliott and Chas Holloway, and Roger Wolski directed. Production took place in Chicago, first at Falcon's studios and later at Cerny Sound-to-Picture.
The series adapted every episode of the original 1959–64 TV series and added unproduced Serling scripts, scripts from other Serling productions, and new stories. Guest stars included Blair Underwood and Jim Caviezel, along with original-series actors such as Orson Bean and Morgan Brittany in new roles. It was heard on nearly 200 US stations and Sirius XM, and on BBC Radio 4 Extra.
This is a modern, copyrighted production, not Golden Age radio: a careful full-cast take on Serling's stories.
